Aluminum Honeycomb Press Machine

The tot press machine is used to cure and bond the stacked aluminum foil sheets into solid honeycomb blocks. Under controlled temperature, pressure, and pressing time, the adhesive layers are cured so that the block can be sawn and expanded in later processes. For honeycomb core production, uniform pressure, stable heating, and accurate platen flatness are important because they influence bonding strength, block stability, thickness consistency, and final expansion performance.
