Aluminum Honeycomb Gluing Machine

The Gluing Machine is used in the first key stage of aluminum honeycomb core production. It applies adhesive lines to aluminum foil according to the required honeycomb cell size, then dries and cuts the foil into sheets for the subsequent stacking process. Stable adhesive transfer, accurate foil feeding, controlled drying, and precise cutting are critical at this stage, as they directly affect stacking accuracy, bonding strength, and the cell geometry of the finished honeycomb core. With the appropriate material-feeding and process configuration, the machine can also be used for aramid honeycomb core production.
