These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Mex-core Honeycomb Technology Co., Ltd. ("Mex-core," "we," "us," or "our"), a precision manufacturer of aluminum honeycomb core materials, aramid honeycomb core materials, and honeycomb production equipment, incorporated in China and operating since 2018. By accessing our website or entering into any business transaction with us, you ("Client," "Buyer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.mex-core.com, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or engaging in any commercial relationship with Mex-core, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of our website and may not engage in any transaction with Mex-core. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all B2B clients, industrial distributors, brand owners, and any party engaging with Mex-core for procurement, partnership, or informational purposes.

Product specifications, dimensions, and performance characteristics described on our website are provided for reference purposes only. Actual product specifications will be confirmed in writing at the time of order. Mex-core reserves the right to modify product offerings, discontinue products, or update technical specifications without prior notice.
2.1 Intended Use
Our products are intended exclusively for professional, industrial, and commercial B2B applications including but not limited to: aerospace structures, rail transit interiors, architectural cladding panels, marine engineering, cleanroom systems, and industrial sandwich panels. Any use outside of professionally supervised industrial environments is at the sole risk of the buyer.
Orders & Customization
3.1 Order Placement
All orders must be submitted in writing via email, official purchase order, or through our designated inquiry channels. An order is considered accepted only upon written confirmation from Mex-core. Verbal agreements or informal communications do not constitute binding orders.
3.2 Custom Specifications
Mex-core specializes in customized production. Clients requesting custom cell sizes (1mm-25mm), foil thickness (0.03mm-0.08mm), material type, or non-standard dimensions must provide complete technical specifications in writing prior to order confirmation. Mex-core will review feasibility and confirm specifications before production commences.

3.3 Sample Orders
Sample testing orders are available prior to mass production commitment. Sample specifications, pricing, and lead times will be agreed upon separately. Approval of samples by the client constitutes confirmation that the production batch may proceed to the agreed specifications.
3.4 Order Cancellation
Cancellation of confirmed orders must be submitted in writing. For standard products, cancellations may be accepted prior to production commencement subject to applicable administrative fees. For custom orders where production has commenced, the client may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including materials and labor.
Payment & Pricing
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the agreed price is binding for that transaction. Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, freight, or insurance unless explicitly stated in the quotation.
4.2 Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total order value is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. For new clients or high-value orders, full payment in advance may be required.
4.3 Late Payment
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late payment charge. Mex-core reserves the right to withhold shipment or suspend services for accounts with outstanding overdue balances. Any costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including legal fees, shall be borne by the client.
Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Lead Times
Estimated production and delivery lead times will be provided at the time of quotation. Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Mex-core will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.
5.2 Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are shipped EXW (Ex Works) from our facility in China. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Mex-core can arrange freight forwarding services on behalf of the client; however, associated costs and risks remain with the buyer.
5.3 Export Compliance
Mex-core exports to the United States, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and other international markets. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import regulations, customs duties, and licensing requirements in the destination country. Mex-core will provide necessary export documentation in accordance with Chinese export regulations.
5.4 Inspection Upon Receipt
The client must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Mex-core in writing of any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within five (5) business days of delivery. Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
Quality & Warranty
ISO 9001 Quality Management
6.1 Quality Standards
Mex-core manufactures all products in accordance with applicable industry standards and internal quality control procedures. Each production batch undergoes inspection including dimensional verification, compressive strength testing, and material certification prior to shipment.
6.2 Warranty
Mex-core warrants that products will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of shipment. This warranty does not cover defects arising from improper handling, storage, installation, modification, or use outside of specified parameters. The warranty period and remedies will be specified in the individual sales agreement.
6.3 Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation including photographs, test reports, and a detailed description of the alleged defect. Mex-core will investigate claims within a reasonable timeframe and, if a valid warranty claim is established, will at its discretion repair, replace, or provide credit for the defective goods.
6.4 Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated herein, Mex-core makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The client is responsible for verifying that products are suitable for their intended application.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mex-core website, including but not limited to text, images, technical documentation, product specifications, design drawings, manufacturing processes, and branding elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mex-core Honeycomb Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Mex-core. Clients may use technical documentation provided for the sole purpose of evaluating or integrating Mex-core products into their own applications.
Where Mex-core manufactures products to client-provided designs or specifications, the client warrants that such designs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and agrees to indemnify Mex-core against any claims arising from such infringement.
Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that in the course of business discussions and transactions, confidential information may be exchanged, including but not limited to technical specifications, pricing, manufacturing processes, business strategies, and client data ("Confidential Information").
Each party agrees to: (a) keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential; (b) not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent; (c) use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of the business relationship between the parties; and (d) protect Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care used to protect its own confidential information.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any commercial relationship between the parties for a period of five (5) years. Where a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed, the terms of that NDA shall take precedence over this section.
Limitation of Liability
This section contains important limitations on Mex-core's liability. Please read carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mex-core's total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any transaction shall not exceed the total value paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Mex-core be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, even if Mex-core has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Mex-core shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics ("Force Majeure Events"). Mex-core will notify the client promptly of any such Force Majeure Event and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international transactions, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) may apply where not excluded by mutual agreement.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days of written notice, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mandarin Chinese, with English translation available upon request.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
