Aluminum sawing machine is special for sawing aluminum honeycomb blocks to strips. It is fully automatic with high precision sawing, less material loss. Aluminum chips can be automatic collected during sawing. The tolerance of Mex-core sawing machine is +/-0.05mm, and the minimum thickness of last strip is 7mm, which is the most thin on the market.

Hot press machine is mainly used for hot press forming of aluminum honeycomb core. It is mainly composed of fuselage, solid hot pressure plate, hydraulic system, heating system and electrical parts. Mex--core supply both 2 layers and 3 layers for choice.

Fully automatic stacking machine was developed for reduce labor cost and increase productivity. At the same time, it has improve the quality a lot and keep the stability of product. Mex-core supply automatic stacking machine with 2 sides tables, the max staking speed can reach 50m/min, the productivity is more than 2 times compare with manual stacking.

Gluing machine is the first step for manufacturing aluminum honeycomb core. It’s used for printing the glue on the aluminum foil. Main components are power control box, motor, oven system, transmission, driving rollers,etc. Mex-core add the automatic glue feeding system which avoiding solvent evaporation and keep the stability of the product due to the large difference in viscosity of the adhesive.
