Aluminum Honeycomb Expanding Machine
The expanding machine stretches aluminum honeycomb core strips from the unexpanded state into a regular hexagonal honeycomb structure. This is the final forming process that turns the bonded foil block into an open-cell aluminum honeycomb core. Compared with manual expansion, the machine provides higher production efficiency, reduces labor costs. Controlled and uniform expansion also produces a flatter, more regular honeycomb core, which is critical for accurate bonding, consistent panel thickness, and good surface flatness in subsequent honeycomb panel production.
