Stacking
The Stacking Machine receives glued and cut aluminum foil sheets from the gluing process and stacks them layer by layer into aligned honeycomb blocks. Its main purpose is to keep each foil sheet accurately positioned before hot pressing. Good stacking accuracy is essential for producing stable honeycomb blocks, because misalignment at this stage may affect cell regularity, expansion quality, and the final appearance of the honeycomb core.
