The Gluing Machine is the first key process in aluminum/aramid honeycomb core production. It applies adhesive lines onto aluminum foil/aramid paper according to the required honeycomb cell pattern, then dries and cuts the foil sheets for the stacking process. Stable glue transfer, accurate foil feeding, drying control, and cutting accuracy are critical at this stage, because they directly affect the later stacking quality, bonding strength, and final honeycomb cell geometry.
