Aluminum honeycomb core is made of multiple layers of aluminum foils, processed by gluing, pressing and expanding. It has sharp and clear hole surface, which is suitable for splicing high-quality core-to-core panels and other purposes. The core layer of honeycomb plate is a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure; the interactive dense honeycombs are alike a great number of small I-shaped beams which can dispersedly bear the pressure coming from panels, so that the panels can be uniformly stressed, and high flatness of large area of panel can be maintained.
